Answer:

i don't know about in Calif, but why don't you just look them up in a search engine like Yahoo and buy them online
Never use just 2 snow tires, that's not a good idea, you can't have a balanced car without having matching tires all around. The post of using studded tires is interesting, in many places those are illegal because they tear up roads when there is no snow or ice and you can't remove the studs, its not like chains. Your GT is light on the back, so go buy 5 bags of salt and put them in the trunk, and think about your question, if you put snow tires in back, you get grip but have no steering, or, you put 2 snow tires in the front, have steering but no traction? So, you might have custom rims but you can find 4 cheap rims for next to nothing and 4 cheap all season tires to put on them. Most people don't need real snow tires anymore, the technology in tires is 1000 times better than when your Dad needed to put snow tires on his cars/trucks, back in the hay day!
A locked diary that only gives the key out to specific people, people whom I feel are worth getting to know.
I'm so sorry. I know you want a response but I'm sort of asking you a question [ What's a eva sheet?
