Can you apply for work at Woolworth's once you have been fired?
Neighborhoods would desire to be designed with turns and different organic the variety to cut back speeds. velocity bumps would be a thank you to slow human beings down, yet they are not the top way (incredibly interior the north with snow). in case you spot a trend of severe velocity (3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday because of the fact of severe schoolers, 6:00 p.m. because of the fact of commuters, etc.) then tell your community police branch. they might probably deliver an officer down on occassion to marvel the drivers with a sprint super.
I asked the Same question to my friend who is a former Sergeant Major. he said that it depends on your Drill Sergeant, usually it's not allowed, but they could let you do it, I believe those pictures were taken with a cell phone camera. Which they allow on sundays at Ft Leonard Wood.
Depends. A town near where I live installed regular speed bumps along it's main street to stop drag racing - this street has a moderate curve and a decent slope and there were numerous accidents from drag racing - including those involving hapless pedestrians and even a shop window! So in that situationthe speed bumps have worked well Butin a neighbourhood street, there again are pros and cons. Obviously, they could stop this kind of stupidity - but as mentioned, it could hinder severely the response of the ambulance and fire services if they have to crawl along tooin the case I mentioned, this was only the central street so ambulances could (generally) find a bypass. But in every street - it'd pose a real problem. If they were to be placed, it'd need to be more interspersed and really, I think they should be saved for true problem areas. More obvious police presence on the roads in these neighbourhoods is most likely the best way to stop hoons - or at least move them on. Plussome people are compulsive speeders - a ticket won't deter themso why doesn't the community look at options to let them legally speed - say, special raceways or drag strips - purely for this kind of driving? That way, the speed junkies can get their fix and the neighbourhood roads can remain quieter and unhindered.
No. That would make all MGBs obsolete.
well where i live there are pros and cons they work but people like you and me must drive over the bumps everyday and that gets old but they do work so take your pick
