Get some heavy bakers foilNone of that dollar store crapolaspray the foil with pam and take a sifter and gently sprinkle the flour over the pam.
It's much easier if you melt the butter first, use a pastry brush to spread it over the foil, then sprinkle flour all over itShake the loose flour off,it's now ready to use.
