can you fire plusP ammo(high pressure rounds) in a Ruger P345.dont want to blow me hands off after all! ?

Answer:

You need a vapor barrier between the insulation and the 'interior space'('Paper faced' won't cut itAir WILL infiltrate and water WILL collect between that roof and the insulation.) Sorry, but what you've installed is probably soggy and will cause rot if left in place.
Mold is cause and effectA continuous High quality ridge vent will helpYou need to let in outside air such as eve vents, with that install the channels they sell from those eve vents up 3 ft between the raftersThis is to keep wind from blowing the insulation all over the open space.Don't understand the drywall thing unless your turning this into living space? In that case get a book, look into the local building codes and as for the insulation, double up and save in the long run.
According to the FAQ on their website you're good to go with +P The Ruger P90, P97 and P345 pistols are chambered for the .45 Auto cartridge and are compatible with all factory ammunition loaded to U.Sindustry standards, including high-velocity and hollow-point loads, loaded in brass, aluminum or steel cartridge cases, as well as +P ammunition.45 Auto ammunition manufactured in accordance with NATO, U.S., SAAMI, or CIP standards is within the design limits and known to function in these pistols.
