Okay...so I am moving to Korea. I got a job, to teach english at an after-school program. I did not get the job through the military and I am NCS. My husband is over there already. I am wondering will I be able to have access to base without him. And should or will need to get a SOFA stamp, can I even? I will be going on an E-2 visa.
