Question:

Can you pull a skier or tube with a bass boat?

I am buying a bass boat because I am an avid fisherman and was wondering if it is possible to pull a skier or a tube or something with itIt has a mercury 115 outboard motor and the boat is 16 ft longAny thoughts?

Answer:

Slow cooker aka Crock pot recipes in the link below.Theres a ton so choose your favs and tryAnd I cant for the life of me figure out why they would say add tinfoil to the crockpot I think it would change the flavorBut according to this recipe I also found it explaines so the chicken doesnt touch the bottom and stickMakes sense I think so try it.
I think the purpose is to hold the chicken down in the broth maybe but I wouldn't do it aluminum isn't healthy to begin with, but to cook it all day sounds like trouble to me.
Before you put your meat into the crockpot, sear it in a pan on all side to brown it - really hot skillet for a sjort amount of timeThis will seal in the juicesNo foilIt will give the meat a nasty tasteTurn your temperature way down, the slower and lower temp you cook, the more tender the meat.
What you run into with bass boats is the high performance setups they can haveFor example, a high ratio prop or the motor is lifted up a couple of inches off the transom.or bothThis would cause the boat to have a very high top end speed, but out of the hole, the prop would cavitateNot very good for pulling a skier out of the waterIf your boat has a high performance prop installed, buy an aluminum prop for it to ski withAlso the lower the pitch ratio, the better for skiing.
