Question:

can you rebake an already baked graham cracker crumbs?

I baked it in a small pan and i would like to bake it in a larger pan.

Answer:

I use Benefiber on days that I'm not getting enough fiber (not too often anymore)You can mix it in a glass of water and it's completely tastelessYou can also try high-fiber foodsThe following have quite a bit: FiberOne cereals Weetabix Crispy Flakes and Fiber Cereal VitaTops Kashi Cereals/Bars
When I make a crust for cheesecake or other desserts, I make crumbs or buy them, mix a bit of sugar your choice of white or brown, melted butter, mix it press it in the pan or cake tin, bake it for 10 minutes, this melts the sugar and firms it up, plus it also keep them from going really soggy when baking the filling on top, I wrap my spring form with aluminium foil to prevent the water bath from leaking in.
