Cause they wanted to see him finishes a fight. Most people are getting sick of GSP always going to the Judges score cards, and thus say he's not good and can't finish. Which is funny cause what does that tell you about everyone he has faced since he won the belt? Going into UFC 129 GSP won 30 rounds in a row. 30 ROUNDS!! thats 6 full fights. 6 fights that not only did the guys he faced FAIL to finishes GSP they couldn't even win 1 round. Shields put an end to that winning 2 rounds. Though a lot of people including 1 of the judges scored all 5 rounds for GSP.
