Can you use a bigger slow cooker than what the recipe calls for?
I take chicken legs tights season well and drench it in flourthen I brown it in a very hot pan with olive oil, once brown on both sides I put it in the slow cooker, I then add onions, chopped tomatoes, garlic, peppers, carrots and potatoes and about 1/2 - 3/4 cup of chicken stockSet slow cooker to high and let it all get tender and saucyServe w/ white rice.
