You really need to ask the store thatIt depends on the fabric and how they get their stockSome bolts are remnant stock that is no longer available and others are standard stock that the shop should be able to order for you Most shops, in my experience, will not charge anything extra for special ordersThey might require that you buy a minimum quantity - also, if you plan to do this don't buy what they have in stock because it might not match the extra the order exactlyJust order the whole amount you need from one bolt.
i would be a little concerned about using the part order then ordering enough to finish the project why ? because unless they can guarantee a perfect match you could end up with a slightly different shade the pattern and shades number must match will they be off the same loom if you understand what i am saying just like wall paper you check you have the same production numbers so i would say order enough new for what you require
