i want to practice track on the streets and i want to break in track shoes with spikes
no you really shouldn't, i suppose you could but one it wears them down, two it feels weird and you cant run as well. use them on a track or grass/dirt roads
No! that is a TERRIBLE idea! it will flat out ruin your spikes and kill your legs
Well, you could but I wouldn't recommend it because it will wear down the spikes faster and you might slip. So if I were you I'd practice on grass, not cement.
That is not a good idea. You can get special kinds of spikes that let you run on cement, but those spikes are only meant for walking on cement. To break them in try SPRINTING on a track that will break them in fast. By SPRINTING i meant running will take longer to break them in, unless they are distance spikes. running with spikes on cement can cause you to slip and hurt your self survierily.
