Question:

Cantering on the road? o.O?

Now I know a lot about horses but I'm totally confused about this. Fox hunters always canter down the roads - on the concrete. Is it actually safe to canter on the concrete, and do you? Or would you never even go there?

Answer:

i think it's best to consult doctor
here is an eye opener the state of Montana is the only state that is not an at will state the rest are, there is no law that says you can't be fired if you are sick or injured unless you are on FMLA, Dr.s notes are advice not job protection the employer is under no obligation to accept it. so to answer your question yes they can
I believe the Family medical Leave act prohibits them from firing you. It covers 8 weeks. But to make it sound better to your company you may want to let them know you would be more than willing to come into work until you go for surgery if they can find you something to do that requires very little standing. Maybe they have some office work they wouldn't mind letting you do. And if they don't at least it makes you looks like you are willing to work despite your injuries.
the comparable factor surpassed off to me and that i could not discover that stupid record that lets you go on! seems, that is smack interior the path of the line, yet my internet browser became into zoomed in too far to work out it. attempt zooming out somewhat, it worked for me.
Many people do not seem to understand that belonging to a labor union places you outside ofat-will employment in the traditional sense. The thing is, what your rights ARE can be variable based on your union contract. You need to read over your union contract and ideally, you need to consult with the head of your union. I'm sure he or she can help explain things the best. In addition, there is a federal law called the Family and Medical Leave Act which may or may not apply to you. Now, this law only applies to you if you have worked for your employer for 1 year full-time. Given you are a minor going to school (I hope), this is not very likely. But if you had, you could not be fired for not being able to work due to a medical reason for up to 12 weeks.
