Hello just bought a truck from browning dodge and my truck did not come with a alarm. It cost about $800 for one so if I buy it somewhere else will it warrant my warranty ?
If the alarm installation damages the electrical system of the vehicle, then its not covered. Have professionals do it, so they will be liable if something gets damaged during installation.

No. And your neighbors will hate you for owning that noisy hunk of junk that will do next to nothing to prevent actual theft.
it better to have professionals install the alarm with a warranty. and $800 seems too much for an alarm.
