Who makes more annually? A car salesman or a real estate agent?
Im a Car Salesman.... I hope Real Estate agents make more.
The average car guy makes about the same as the average real estate guy. Its all about what you put into it. I know car salesment hat make over 100K / yr on the lines selling one car at a time. I also know hundreds that can't pay the bills because they just don't put any effort forth. Same holds true in real estate. You get out what you put in. If you just hang your license and hope someone comes to buy a house, you will be like the thousands of realtors who have a second job. If you work your butt off at it, always looking for buyers and sellers, you can rise to the top.
it depends on how well you can sell. but if your really good in sales i mean really really good you can make way more in car sales but people that can do that are fare an few between.
Depends on how good you are and how good the market is. Bad ones dont make it at either.
