Answer:

Certain Dri works better to stop sweating, but not not necessarily odor, so you may need a deodorant as wellIt also really hurts if you apply it after shavingIf you spend a little time reading labels in the deodorant aisle, you'll discover that 99% of all antiperspirants (including Secret) have the exact same active ingredient- Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex GlySome have a little more of this ingredient, some have a little lessIf you are not getting good results from one antiperspirant, another antiperspirant with the exact same active ingredient will not work any better for youYou need to try one with a different ingredientThat's pretty much going to leave you with a choice between Certain Dri (aluminum chloride), Mitchum (aluminum sesquichlorohydrate), or a prescription antiperspirant from a doctor.
I would definitely make sure that I drank lots of water and ate a high fiber dietIf the situation does not improve, you might try taking MiralaxIt doesn't work the same as most laxativesAll it does is improve the motility of your colonIt's taken on a regular basis ; not just when you have your problemIf this doesn't work, I'd see a docAs far as your immediate need for relief without the uncertainty of when or for how long a laxative will work, I'd recommend a warm tapwater enema or glycerin suppositories for immediate (15 - 20 minute) reliefHope this helps! No fun! Been there.Done that!

You could try taking a magnesium supplement (magnesium oxide) to see if it helpsYou can get this in the vitamin section of grocery stores and pharmaciesMagnesium draws water into the colon and it sometimes has a mild stimulatory effect, but the main effect is drawing waterStart with 250mg 2x per day (morning and evening)Add another at lunch if neededIf 2x per day doesn't work, you can try 500 mg 2x per day If you decide to use the tablets, its a good idea to use a tablet that contains both magnesium and calcium Large amounts of magnesium can draw calcium out of the bones - it doesn't do this if Mg is taken with Ca Another thing that might help is eating a couple handfuls of nuts such as almonds, cashews, or pistachios, etc Many nuts provide megaloads of fiber in comparison to typical fiber supplementsMagnesium citrate might also work It can be too strong of a laxative, but maybe it would work in a small dose.
