Characteristics of ceramic composite pipe
Low construction costThe ceramic composite tube is light in weight and suitable for price. Compared with the inner diameter of the tubes, light weight ratio 50%; light weight 20-30% wear-resistant alloy tube, and good wear and corrosion resistance, because of long service life, and support costs, handling fees, installation fees and lower operating costs. By the design institute and construction unit of the project budget and actual project, the project cost and cast stone pipe, compared with wear-resistant alloy pipe, the engineering cost decreased by 20%.
Heat resistance and heat resistant performance is good at fouBecause the corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3) is a single stable crystalline structure. Therefore, the composite tube can operate normally for a long time in the temperature range of -50--700 degrees centigrade. The coefficient of linear expansion of the material is 6-8 * 10-6/0C, about 1/2 of the steel tube. The material has good thermal stability.
Corrosion resistance and scale preventionBecause the steel ceramic layer is (a-AL2O3), it is a neutral quality. Therefore, it has acid and alkali resistance and sea water corrosion resistance, and has anti fouling characteristics at the same time.
SHS ceramic composite pipe because the surface is smooth, and never rust, not like seamless steel pipe inner surface is convex spiral line. The internal surface roughness and water resistance of the tested units were tested, and their internal surface smoothness was better than that of any metal pipe. The coefficient of pure resistance was 0.0193, which was slightly lower than that of seamless tubes. Therefore, the pipe has the advantages of less running resistance and can reduce operating costs.
Good wear resistanceCeramic composite pipe due to the lining of corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3), Mohs hardness of up to 9, equivalent to more than HRC90. Therefore, the grinding media for metallurgy, power, mining, coal and other industries have high wear resistance. It has been proved by industrial operation that its wear resistance life is ten times or even several times as long as that of hardened steel.
