I have some Alfredo sauce and the noodlesand chicken, can anyone give me a good recipe? My chicken is cooking now.

don't drink alcohol or fizzy drink (lemon or lime and diet tonic are alright) no sugar no caffine (green tea passable) don't consume dairy (eggs are ok and plain yogurt if you have to) don't eat carbs (sweet potato, pumpkin are cool, brown rice if you HAVE to) eat lean cuts of meat (no sausages) eat lots of vegetables and fruits eat nuts and seeds (not cashews, not peanuts) take a multivitamin daily excersize The first few days will be tricky and you'll suffer withdrawl sympotoms, but stick with it, you'll feel fantastic after a weekGood luck
