Apparently, there is a way to mix coal with a resin and pour into a mold to make different art objects. Does anyone know where to find more information on this? What type of resin would you need to add? Thank you.

Throw it away and buy another one, you really don't want to risk being in a situation where there's a fire and you run to get the extinguisher, just to find that it doesn't work. I've been in that situation, it isn't funny. Your extinguisher has probably lost all its pressure if the gauge says empty, which means that it's a dud. Well done for checking it though, many people wouldn't have found out until it was too late.
