Does anyone know a trustworthy real estate firm to use to purchase property in Costa Rica
There is an American, Paul Collar, who has been down there for 20 years and was very helpful with us on the Osa Peninsula.

Many of those organizations are watching for buyers to conclude their initiatives, and they're pre-promoting condos and such with out a gunantee finishing touch date BE CAREFUL. Don't purchase sight unseen

Having lived years in Costa Rica, I have yet to find a trustworthy real estate agent or an attorney. Search for land being sold by owners, not agents. There are lots to choose from. Look in the national newspapers.
