My boyfriend and I went out to dinner recently and tried these mussels in a coconut, lime, and ginger sauce. I've been hoping to make the sauce for my boyfriend since he loved it so much, but I cannot find a recipe anywhere online, including the restaurant's website on how to make it. I recall the sauce being a bit spicy due to the ginger and it was red in color. The lime wasn't too strong and the coconut had a slightly subtle taste compared to the ginger. If anybody knows a similar recipe to add to cooked mussels, I would really appreciate it!
Lime wire is fine. It does not really give you viruses. I haven't experienced any trouble with it. I like lime wire 5. That's the one i have. They keep bringing out new ones. Just type in on google Lime wire or likmewire 5. Its pretty safe.
