Boiler doesnt kick in for shower or bath tap yet kicks in for bathroom sink and kitchen sink tap. Any ideas what causes this?
i have run into simular problems with tankless hot water systems...in my case it is because a tempering/mixing valve was in the system and tankless units will shut off if there isn't enough water flow. if you have low gpm faucets on the offending outlets and your combi boiler uses the same type of technology then i would look at that otherwise there may be some other type of problem. with out more details on the system its just too hard to tell
IS THE WATER THE SAME TEMP. AS SINK AS FOR TUB ? TURN VALVE IN TUB ALL THE WAY TO HOT SIDE. GOOD WATER PRESSURE ? IF NOT MAY HAVE BAD TUB VALVE.
