Question:

Confused about copper and copper age?

Hey there,Do you know the difference between copper and copper age? And also when does copper age actually start and begin?Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you xx

Answer:

Copper is a metallic element. The stone age, bronze age, and the iron age are the Ages that I am familiar with. Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin.
Copper is the name of a metal with various uses; electric cable, for example, and ancient people use it as tools. The era (time period) when copper is widely used (before iron was found) is called copper age. When was it? Check the link below.
Copper(Cu) is an element on the periodic table that can be found abundantly on Earth. Copper is element 29 on the periodic table and characteristically is: Physically: Gold and silvery, Very conductive, Very very Ductile, Malleable, etc Chemically: Not very reactive, but slightly so with Oxygen Due to it's availability and uses around the world. At one point, people thought copper would be the element of the new world and many items began to be created with it (e.g. Art, Tools.) the Copper Age was when copper was relied on heavily and used for many reasons in time. So: Copper = Element Copper Age = Time when people relied heavily on the use of this element
