I just ordered a mobile phone online and ive received a order acknowledgement emailwat does this mean ?also when i check online status of my order it says order being processed what does that mean to.
The first one is the company asking you to acknowledge that you did in fact order a phone. The second one is probably the phone is being held up waiting for the acknowledgment letter to return. Is probably standard practice for some companies to do this. It's actually for your safety as much as theirs (making sure someone else isn't ordering a phone on/with your name).
