Question:

Cooking garlic bread without aluminum foil?

I was going to make garlic bread for dinner tonight but just realized that I am out of aluminum foilIs there a way to make it without the aluminum foil?

Answer:

I rarely use foilI just put it on a baking sheet and make itIt gets a nice outer crust and is soft and tender in the centerand golden brown on top.
That's just about the best way we did them last weekendWe went 250F for three-4 hoursHowever that was for a four.5 pound rackYours should be completed at 2 hours and that larger temp for the reason that it was once a smaller rack.
Bake them in a 180C (350F) for about 30 minutes turning 2-3 times Hman
Braise 2.5 hrs at 250FNo need to check on them.
