Question:

Cooking Pork Spare-Ribs?

I bought a 3 lb pkg of spare-ribs yesterday and would like to make them for dinner tonight( That's 8 hours until he gets home from work) He of course laughed and said you can't make BBQ ribs, we don't own a smokerlol AnywayEven though I can't make authentic BBQ ribs out of them, I still want to know how to cook them to where they will come out really tenderIf I should par boil them and then finish in the oven or crock pot? If I should just use the crock pot? Or if I should use oven crock potI'm only using my own seasonings on this and some store bought BBQ sauce and so I don't want any recipe's, JUST the KNOW HOW for making them tender! Thanks for all your answers!

Answer:

We have stomach trouble with too strong BBQ sauce so what we do is mix BBQ sauce with water (about half:half) and parboil the ribs in that for about an hourThen we take them out and put them on a baking sheet (I line with aluminum foil for easier clean up) and sprinkle on dry-rub-esque spices, then broil to brown (to your liking)The meat falls off the bone but tastes real goodYou can probably lather on more BBQ sauce instead of the dry rub, then broil.
well i mean you can make pipes out of apples (no harm there) and for paper as bad as it sounds bible paper works great! all it is is rice paper and its the cleanest way to roll a JHope that helpsSmoke on me amego!
For the bowl, you can use the metal top of a salt/pepper shakerFor rolling papers, you can use store receipts or pages out of the bibleI'd suggest the receipts; i don't know if you're religious or anything but you might get in some type of trouble if you use the bible.
a great bowl for any type of bong is a socket, yes the ones you put on a wrenchall different sizes to fit your bong and if you use a really small one you dont even need a screenthese are especially great for gravity bongsif you have never used one, you need toGB's are freakin amazing!
