Ultrasonic metal welding is passed to the two welding metal surface by using high frequency vibration wave, under pressure, the friction between the two metal surfaces and the formation of fusion between the molecular layer, the utility model has the advantages of fast, energy-saving, fusion of high strength, good conductivity, no spark, close to the cold processing; disadvantages the welding metal is too thick (generally less than or equal to 5mm), a joint must not be too large, need to pressure.
Welding advantages:1) welding material is not molten, not fragile metal characteristics.2) after welding, good conductivity, extremely low resistance coefficient or almost zero.3) low welding metal surface, oxidation or electroplating can be welded.4) short soldering time, without any flux, gas, solder.5) welding without sparks, environmental protection and safety.
Ultrasonic welding can be adopted, and ultrasonic welding is also called cold welding. When welding, there is no spark, and no resistance after welding!
