Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant centrifugal pump shaft structure
Impeller: the 45# steel clamp is sintered from fluorine plastic, and its structure is closed sealing structure, which ensures strong corrosion and high temperature resistance.Shaft seal: adopt the most advanced external corrugated mechanical seal at present. The movable ring adopts PTFE and the stationary ring is made of silicon carbide material, and its corrosion resistance is the best.
Pump body: using hot plastic lining technology mature, made of steel fluorine plastics, both to ensure the strong corrosive flow part, but also to ensure the pump body strength.
Pump metal shell lined with FEP, pump cover, impeller and shaft with metal inserts the overall outsourcing of fluorine plastics pressing and sintering, seal with exterior type advanced bellows mechanical seal static ring with 99.9% alumina or silicon nitride, the use of PTFE filler ring, its corrosion resistance excellent sealing wear. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced by cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
