Question:

Costume for costume class?

I have a big black twh and i wanted to do a costume class this year and here are my ideas.I thought about dressing him up as a knight's horse with like armor on the front(not real) and me dress up as a princess.then i came up w/a complete opposite.a fairy horse with flowers strewn through his mane and tail and braids and then i can be like wearing a long flowing dress.does anybody have any ideas about how i can do this and how to make it easier. Thanks!

Answer:

We've done loads of this over the years and won every time! We have done The Snow Queen - we made a silver tunic out of sparkly material - one piece of material, sew it up the sides, leave slits at the bottom, and make a hole for the head, and then a silver cape with a hood - made by a friend, trimmed with swansdown - did the whole lot for ?25We put silver material over the bootsOn the pony we hung christmas snowflakes from the mane and 'icicles' from the reinsWe won first place countless times with that all over the place then passed the outfit on to others who also won! The other one we did was the Thelwell theme as suggested - but make sure you get the right english pictures of how you should dress and that you look the right kind of scruffy - its very important! Only the brits do it so well and so naturally!! Hope that helps! Happy dressing up and I hope you win whatever you go as!! Those were the days - its all very serious dressage now!!
Insulation may be categorized by its composition (material), by its form (structural or non-structural), or by its functional mode (conductive, radiative, convective)Non-structural forms include batts, blankets, loose-fill, spray foam, and panelsStructural forms include insulating concrete forms, structured panels, and straw balesSometimes a thermally reflective surface called a radiant barrier is added to a material to reduce the transfer of heat through radiation as well as conduction.
