My son is almost a month oldand he just pooped in his last diaper. We are completely snowed in where I live..21' inches. D: So, we can't go to the store, and he has nothing to sleep in What do I do!? I can't use paper towels, or towels, because this kid pees a LOT overnight. Help me!

This sounds like your drive side axle. Which normal when they go bad will cause a click noise during turning. As far as the idle issue. Ive seen on some cars they will unplug the battery during the oil change and once its reconnected some cars take longer to recalibrate the settings. Other cars see no issues with this.
