definition? the level of denial a person is in regarding their use of tobacco. ALL smoking is bad, there is no safe level, therefore there is no LIGHT MODERATE OR HEAVY in terms of usage, just how deeply into denial of the dangers the person happens to be.
light: smokes casually, maybe once a week or every two week or barley at all. moderate: smokes a bit more, maybe when with friends or everytime with friends. heavy: all the time
