Development prospect of biodiesel
From the sales point of view, 2012 fine chemical products accounted for more than 70% of the total sales industry, energy products less than 30%, mainly caused by the disparity between the two kinds of products in the proportion of bio diesel raw material prices and poor sales channels, production enterprises is difficult to obtain profits from energy products, but because of the additional fine chemical products the higher value, environmental protection and other features and obvious mature sales channels and other reasons, the production enterprises and get the favor of the market, has gradually become the main products of biodiesel industry.
Domestic policy "fifteen" period, the relevant research into the national science and technology research program. In 2006, the "renewable energy law" to a certain extent, promoted the development of biodiesel. In September 2007, the national development and Reform Commission issued the "renewable energy and long-term development plan" proposed to "focus on the development of bio diesel production technology of jatropha, Pistacia chinensis, tung oil, cottonseed oil crops as raw materials, and gradually establish a catering industry system of waste oil recycling, and puts forward the development target of Biodiesel: biodiesel utilization amount by 2010 t reached 200 thousand, 2020 reached 2 million T.
Compared with the same kind of clean fuel ethanol, biodiesel production in China is relatively slow. From the perspective of China's refined oil demand, diesel is more relative to gasoline, in China, the development of bio diesel is not only helpful to reduce vehicle exhaust emissions, but also has the practical significance to alleviate the shortage of diesel oil resources. Considering that the waste oil is one of the main raw materials of biodiesel, the industrialization development can solve the problem of the waste oil entering the food field and endangering the public health. But at present, the industrialization of biodiesel in our country is restricted by the factors of high production cost, insufficient policy support, and nonstandard management. In order to provide a reference for policy makers, the analysis and discussion of these problems will be helpful to clarify the industrial orientation and clarify the development ideas.
