a dating site i hear people talk about.. i asked myself same question. men are cheap they wont buy dinners go mini golfing or skating or boating or anything anymore why? their into x box and gaming. myspace an flirting an making their egos all built up by the people they can hook up with .. like they need some recognition to be alive an be worthy. now some men do actually date but in my experience these are the guys who want u to put out in sex or are the weirdos not because they paid a dinner or movie but they just can be undesirable.a lot of guys say nice hot things text you and call you but they wont wanna meet you if they get cam sex phone sex texting sexting etc.. as they are lazy.then i hear ppl talk about revelations men will be lovers of themselves and i think yep this is def true.. so.. people seem to dang buys to get involved to be real .on the dating site to hang out means to hook up if we want to but not long term it means whenever so we live in a world fast paced to electronic with gaming and texting phones.. and pic sending to make a virtual world hm..
First off, chivalry is in no way dead. Those of us who practice it have just been labeled as Nice guys and are ignored or laughed upon by the female community. Secondly, I agree with everything you have said about people becoming less comfortable in face to face greetings and dates. Most of us now care more for how many friends we have on Facebook then in real life. Late night phone calls from two people dating has been replaced with late night texts. Long walks going nowhere together is now hanging out in a chat-room smiling virtually at each other. However, dating without all of the technological buffer zone is still sad compared to what it used to be. Girls care more about dating a guy that will piss off her parents then finding love. Guys feel like they have to sleep with and abuse as many women as possible to be respected. All in all, humanity fails.
that is so true but im however old fashioned i miss the face to face contact so im always trying to meet people i miss in person but everyone today is busy doing their own thing that in order to keep in contact with others we have facebook myspace twitter skype and all those social networks its sad to say but yes we live behind a 17 screen
