I was given a plastic spoon with a dry mix for dip attachedAll I had to do was open the mix and add sour cream and mayoI would like to duplicate this or make other recipes but can't find anyAnyone have any ideas?
I would try pinch of salt and sugar mixed in a glass of waterUsually works for me! Take that every few hoursHave you tried Imodium?
Drink lots of fluids to help flush your system, Also IMODIUM, liquid or pill form works great for meDo not eat greasy foods.
just take food rich in carbon and carbohydrates, and avoid fatty and high fibers for the mean time.
Your not supposed to eat till its stopped usually a full 24 hours , only drink water.
