How can I dizzolve the cement that the dentist puts in you mouth to seal in a pallet expander? Can i use a house hold fluid? Or can i chip it away? Or what?
If you are not still near your orthodontist, go to a general dentist as Jess said. He/she can polish it off. There is NOTHING that will dissolve it. Nothing. Nice picture, Jess.
There is no way to dissolve it. Is there excess cement on your tooth or gums or are you wanting to take the expander out? If it is excess glue go back to your orthodontist, it will just take a second for them to get it off. If you are trying to remove your expander I highly advise you not to. You can severely damage you teeth and cause permanent damage. Never try to do something your self that needs to be done by a professional.
Play it safe an dgo back to the dentist. The cement will dissolve in saliva over a very long period of time. (months to years)
