I can't speak for the spirit, but if you ask me, there is a difference between getting a spirit's approval, and getting punished for acting without approval. Hint hint.
Thou shalt not steal is that not clear enough to you? simply enough Law? Can't find work? Can't ask someone responsible if you can be allowed to take them to help out your children? No other pathways in your life except to steal? I don't believe that! No Food banks where you live? live in North America (Mexico excluded) because in North america there are food banks - food stamp programs - etc that will help you!
Does the pipe belong to you? It says you should not steal. So don't. So what about your kids? If you really believe in God, draw close to him and pray for aid from him. Why don't you go ask the old hospice or land owner if you could have their pipes to sell instead of stealing it?
