So I have this monitor that only has ONE port on it, which is a USB cable slot. Typically you would connect it to a laptop, and the USB cord also supplies it power at the same time display connection.
I'd really like to see what monitor you're talking about, and make sure that it has nothing except a USB port. Then I'll figure out the RCA power question.
I have not seen or read from any source that RCA cable can be used for power. It is designed for audio connection and video connection only. The wire are not designed for use with electrical power connection, it will over heat and the wires will melt. Hope this will help you out.
