Do the statutory holidays allow schools to assign homework to students?
Protection of Minors Act provides education and training, the school should protect minors responsibility for the following provisions: (a) article thirteenth:" schools shall comprehensively implement the state policy for education, moral education, intellectual education, physical education and aesthetic education, labor education and guidance in social life and adolescent education of minors.
Protection of Minors Act fourth stipulates: the protection of minors, should follow the following principles: (a) to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors; (two) respect the personal dignity of the minors; (three) to adapt to the characteristics of minors' physical and mental development; (four) combining education and protection.
The state has trained young people, adolescents and children in all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique."
The forty-sixth article states: "citizens of the People's Republic of China have the right and obligation to receive education.
