Under the Constitution they have the right to freedom of speech and that would fall under the first amendment. Whether I agree with it is another story but if we try to infringe on their rights the next time it might be someone who disagrees with us that attacks us for our actions. The cause that that banner stood for was long in the past so to those who wish to stop the activities of those who raised it, stop living in the past, there is a future that does not include that banner unless you want it to.
