I just got the -3 h2 baseball bat (the orange one) for next year and i don't know if i have to break it inI know aluminum bats are best out of the package- you don't have to break them in - but composite bats should be broken in so they don't crack as easily and have more popthe h2 has as composite handle and aluminum barrel so i don't know what to do on these half and half bats.
Breaking it in is not necessary but if you have a few swings in it, it wouldnt hurtDont over use it but just do some hitting off the tee, some soft toss and maybe a little batting practiceJust to get used to the bat and know how it feels.
