Answer:

It depends what is in that half fingerIt looks like it is poweredOr maybe just a skeletal glove to sense finger pressure? Or a combinationThat means that there are other parts (electronics) that make this workYou need to consider the big picture, the whole storyWhat do you want to achieve, and how it will be done all the way throughI suspect you could redesign to make it from sheet metal and steel wire for example, beat the ends of a wire or rod flat and drill holes for jointsPerhaps a coke tin is too thinFind sheet aluminium in a hardware storeMock up with cardboard firstSHeet aluminium is easy to cut with snips, metal cutting scissors basicallyAlso a hack sawA fair bit of the finger tips seems to be cut from solid plastic, or mouldedConsider perspex or even wood, which you can carve, file etc tediously for your one off design without many toolsYou could add a finger skin from a rubber glove to hide the insidesGenerally when you pay for a one off you are paying for design effort and manual skillsWe are used to seeing items made in the millions, where this design cost could be millions, but only a cent per unit probablyThe manual skills are replaced by a factory processEconomies of scaleBig money up front for factory machines, but low cost per item manufacturedTry to get a look at an NC milling machine or lathe working somewhereThe 'NC' part means computer controlledIt works from a drawing nowadays.
