Sounds nothing like a doorbell and more like someone farting with a aluminum can up they're rear!! Anyone else have this stupid noise for a doorbell on Yahoo Messenger? It sucks, so does the new home page! They should leave stuff alone!
Yep, same thing hereThey changed the sound when they introduced version 8 I believeYou can change this under Messenger Preferences Alerts and Sounds, but the doorbell is not longer a doorbell, but like you describeThe only thing I can think of is to go to a previous version of messenger and copy the doorbell.wav from that version into the new one and you will have the old sound backMicrosoft does the same thing to its products, they should just leave well enough alone.
