Does anyone have an authentic Italian florentine cookie recipe?
Best thing to do is skip lining the pan and make sure it is greased with butter and sprinkled with flour for easy removal of the apples.
Foil is OK, but many people don't like itYou could put them straight onto the baking sheet.
