does anyone have the instuctions for individual cheesecakes with nilla wafer crusts?
I do!!! 2 bars (8 oz) soften philly cream chease 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar Teaspoon of vanilla cupcake liners with aluminum foil Box of vanilla wafers Take 2 soften 8 oz philly cream cheese and whip it until its light ? cup suger Teaspoon of vanilla 2 eggs Beat until smooth This is the most imporant thingYou need have the cupcake liners that have the aluminom (sorry can't spell today) foil on the outside for supportAdd 1 vanilla wafer to each upcake, or a peanut butter cup is also a good twistPour cheesecake on topBake for 18-21 minutes at 350 degreesCook until you see little cracks into the topThey are going to puff up so don't freak outI didIn addition you can get some cherry pie filling (1 can) and add 3 cherries to the topDelicious!!! Makes 13 cupcake cheesecakes
