well heres my take on it you get 3 years of PIP benefits 3 yrs wage loss --- max payout about 120k 3 yrs paid care ( 24hr care if needed )--- max payout about 520k 3 yrs mile/gas replacement--- max payout about 12k AND.... life time doc/meds coverage plus about 100k pain/injuries could total around 750K BUT they do not like to pay out and the more your case is worth the harder you will have to fight to get the money for what they owe .... 21+ months easy before you see your cash
