I am in a Robotics class and am designing a rubber end effector that will lift an aluminum (6061) object (it is a cube-type shape) with a weight of 1.13lbfI need to know how much force to put on the gripper to make it hold the aluminum part if it accelerates upward at 4m/s^2But I can't seem to find anything that gives me friction between the gripper and the partAny ideas?
