I ama former chef and I would check with a bakery supplies company, a case which can have 200 in them are around $25-30.00, I buy mine a the dollar stores there packed in packages of 8, so $5,00 would get you 40 pans, but check your local Yellow Pages, or ask at the bakery to the supplier they use, here in Canada I know of several, but I doubt that is any help to you where you live.
