Question:

Does AWD help on icy roads?

Yeah sounds like a dumb question, and I at first thought that AWD would help on ice/snow, but a car expert said it doesn't matter if you have a 4x4/AWD car, or a FWD or RWD car, on ice. She said that AWD doesn't help handling on ice. Is this true?

this site will answer any question you have about any pokemon from any game
No, I don't believe you can. Pokemon can have a select few abilities and can only have those abilities. For example, Spiritomb, it can have one of two abilities: Pressure and Infiltrator (the latter being its Hidden Ability). The Pressure ability can be acquired by breeding a Spiritomb with either ability, but you can only acquire a Pokemon with a hidden ability by breeding a Pokemon that has that hidden ability. In order to get your Lighningrod Pikachu, you need to have a Lightningrod Pikachu.
