A cheap made old type 18650 cell, each has 1.7AH. I bought some from last year has 4.8AH per cell. Besides, 24V charger cannot fully charge 25.2V battery pack. Using 12AH battery pack to run a 12A motor shall be stop any time in less than one hour drive. You might need to push the bike back every trip.
