It doesn't matter what kind of Dryer hose we purchased for the old dryer. It always ended smooshed against the wall and always ended up popping off. Being so concerned about a fire. What kind of new dryer can we buy that doesn't have the awful clamp and foil dryer hose.. What a mess.Thanks for the info.
Cayenne tea is a great body warmer. You usually buy it in bulk or as a spice as a powder. Start with half a teaspoon in hot water and let the pulp settle to the bottom until the water is warm. Have a glass of water next to you cause this stuff is HOT! Drink, but try not to ingest the pulp if you have a sensitive colon. It will get your blood circulating and it's good for you as well.
Turn it off every time before you make toast then tun it back on.
either move the toaster away from the detector, remove the battery from the detector or don't make toast.
couple of suggestionsbuy yourself a regular toaster, it will not smoke up the joint and it will use alot less electricity than you little oven. And you can move the smoke detectorI would never put one near the kitchen.
Section 11.8.3.5 of NFPA 72, The Fire Alarm Code, requires smoke detectors located within a 20-foot horizontal path from a cooking appliance to be equipped with an alarm- silencing means or to be of the photoelectric type. So relocating or removing the smoke detector is your best bet. If you have another smoke detector on the same floor as the kitchen outside of the bedrooms you can just remove the one in the kitchen.
