That is a HUGE stretch for one day its ok as long as your body is reacting ok to the stretchYou have to make sure the needle is sterilized each time before you stretch use alcohol swabs to clean your ears and use disinfectant soap to wash your handsStretching can easily lead to infection (like a new piercing can) but as long as it isn't to painful, its fineI doubt you will be able to continue stretching at that rate tho the larger the hole, the sorer your ear is after stretching!
